Junior Head Coach

George Stosic

Gladiator Gridiron would like to announce that George Stosic as been confirmed as the Head Coach for the Junior Gladiators For the 2022 season in the ACT.

George has been a founding member of the Gladiators since the start back in 2007.

Also known as Jabba the hut, George is the definition of sacrifice for Football. Since he began to be involved, George has developed an unmatched love for the sport. He will always be at the next event and is the backbone of the club. The amount of hours put into the team and its management, and setting up events would far surpass that of the eldest standing player in the club.

He has vast experience and knowledge with managing football teams, ranging across several sports. Including Soccer, Rugby League and American Football. Although his time management skills are not top tier, it is safe to say that the Gladiators are privileged and fortunate to have someone like George on their team. 

Defensive Line Coach

John Tolsher

Gladiator Gridiron would like to announce that John Tolsher has been confirmed as the new Defensive Co- Ordinator + Defensive Line Coach for the Gladiators in the  2022 season in the ACT.

 

John is an experienced veteran with a wide range of Accolades. He lives and breathes football. His unmatched work ethic and energy is an invaluable and serves him well both on and off the field. 

 

 

Also know as “Russian” for his glorious beard and surprisingly decent accent, Tolsher bleeds Aussie pride. He has represented Australia in the green and gold X times and is always looking at his opportunity to go back again. 

 

His passion for sport is admirable and is a respected member in the Football community. 

 

Offensive Line Coach

Grant Hansen

Gladiator Gridiron would like to announce that Grant Hansen has been confirmed as the new Offensive Line Coach for the Gladiators in the  2022 season in the ACT.

 

Grant is one of the newest additions to the Gladiators. 

 

Hailing from Brisbane, Grant has played on several prestigious teams like the Rhinos and Ravens. He understands what it takes to win Football games and the importance of team comradery. Deciding to grind with the team with whatever they need to be a close unit and not looking back.

 

Having a growth mindset and loving the sport, he thrives on developing his knowledge and understanding and giving it all for anyone who will listen. 

 

The time and hours Grant puts into researching how to be a better O-lineman is a testament to his commitment to the sport and its growth in Australia.

 

 

Linbackers Coach

Luke Hall

Gladiator Gridiron would like to announce that Luke Hall has been confirmed as the new Linebackers Coach for the Gladiators in the  2022 season in the ACT.

 

Luke is one of our long standing players that has recently taken up the Linebackers Coaching role. 

 

 

 

Senior Offensive Coordinator

Matthew Marshall

Gladiator Gridiron would like to announce that Matthew Marshall  has been confirmed as the new Senior Offensive Coordinator for the Gladiators in the  2022 season in the ACT.

 

 

Defensive Backs Coach

Kane Emry

Gladiator Gridiron would like to announce that Kane Emry has been confirmed as the new Defensive Backs Coach/Defensive Co-ordinator for the Gladiators in the 2022 season in the ACT.

 

 

As the moustache suggests, Kane is cut from an old stone. He has been playing Football since America was founded. He is one of our grizzled veterans that has played since the time of the Astros back in the 50’s.

 

Kane has proven to be an invaluable committee member and is currently the president of the Gladiators. To add on top of coaching he also will be playing this year to bring down the hurt on his opposition. 

 

Wide Receivers Coach

Daniel Rouland

Gladiator Gridiron would like to announce that Dan Rouland has been confirmed as the new Wide Receivers Coach for the Gladiators in the 2022 season in the ACT.

 

 

 

Special Teams Coach

Elijah Fernance

Gladiator Gridiron would like to announce that Eli Fernance has been confirmed as the new Special Teams Coach for the Gladiators in the 2022 season in the ACT.

 

 

Junior Offensive Coordinator

Daniela Stosic

Gladiator Gridiron would like to announce that Daniela Stosic has been confirmed as the new Junior Offensive Coordinator for the Gladiators in the 2022 season in the ACT.

 

Junior Defensive Coordinator

Justin Gray

Gladiator Gridiron would like to announce that Justin Gray has been confirmed as the new Junior Defensive Coordinator for the Gladiators in the 2022 season in the ACT.
